If I were to eat at the high range of my points (35) and add in the 3.5 weekly points, I can eat up to 38.5 points and still be in range. However, to be in a healthy range, you can eat 7 points below or 10 points above your allotted points – so for my 25 points a week, I can eat between 17 and 35 points a day. If I divide my weekly points equally, I can eat 3.5 extra points a day, so that brings my total daily points to 28.5. I get 25 points in a day, and 25 points for the week.
